To Our Valued Loyal Customers & Friends of Restaurant Nippon,
I, Yasuhiro Makoshi, executive vice-president and general manager who has been working for Mr. Kuraoka of Restaurant Nippon since 1977 hope you and your family are safe during this unprecedented crisis. For over fifty years, the late Nobu and Eiko Kuraoka endeavored to run our business as an extended family, enployees and customers alike.
As we await the completion, interrupted by the current crisis, of our restaurant's renovation and reopening, we need your help: help for completion of renovation and our employees, help to welcome you through our doors once again when the battle has been won.
New York has been through a lot since we first opened our door in 1963, but has always pulled through and continued onward and upward. With you help, we hope to be a part of it during the decades to come.
