Restart a heart!

As one of the U.K.’s leading holiday home providers park Holidays UK understand the value to our owners of life and lifestyle but did you know that 60,000 people suffer from sudden arrhythmic death syndrome (SADS) in the UK. Every year 12 people under the age of 35 die each week many of whom might have been saved if they had access to a defibrillator.

Access to a defibrillator could be the difference between life and death I have personally lost two owners who may have been saved if we could have accessed a defibrillator quickly

It is a legal requirement to have a fire extinguisher in every building so why is it not also the case for defibrillators

I hope to raise enough money to install defibrillators in every Park Holidays UK Park and will be starting my challenge on the evening of our owners event November 6th where I will be cycling the equivalent distance between our beautiful parks in Brixham and our head office in Hastings that will be a total of 235 Miles on a static training bike. We will have a competition on the evening should anybody wish to help raise some money and win a prize but my initial goal would be to raise £1000 that evening and £42,000 in total giving us enough for one defibrillator at every Park Holidays UK Park.
