Rudy Moreno, 24, of San Jose, has passed away on February 29th, 2020. His death is still under investigation. And we are still awaiting for answers.

He was my brother-in-law and what I can say is that although he didnt make the best choices in life, he had a good heart and was very respectful towards others. Easy going, laid back dude. He will be missed by many.
