On April 27th, 2020 at 12:12am we unexpectedly lost our sister, Robyn Locklar at the young age of 33. Robyn was a loving wife to Danny Locklar and a dedicated mother to her children - Jordyn, 11 and Silas, 9. We have not yet been informed of the circumstances of her passing. Anyone who had the pleasure of knowing Robyn knew her to be kind, funny, bright, and fiercely loyal. Robyn always had a story to share, usually about her children or her childhood. Because of her easy going nature you may not have been able to tell that she was passionately opinionated and well-educated on any topic close to her heart (Bernie 2020!) As a dear friend put it she was "A legend." She and her husband Danny were written in the stars, dating as young teenagers then finding their way back to each other later in life. They spent the last 12 years building a beautiful family as Danny served in the US Army and Robyn held down the fort at home. Danny recently left the Army after 12 years of service for our country. As a returning veteran, Danny has spent his time becoming reacquainted with Robyn and the children. Due to current circumstances he has been unable to return to work. This, coupled with the loss of Robyn is a huge financial burden. We hope to raise funds to celebrate Robyn's life at some point in the future, alleviate some of the financial stress on the family, and set up an education fund for her children. Robyn took the greatest joy and the most pride in her role as a mother. As her siblings, we feel the best way to honor her memory is to provide for her children's financial and emotional well-being.
