Liana Hall was born to her Parents Marcus and Celia Hall on her Fathers birthday, December 22nd 2020. Unfortunately, she was diagnosed with a genetic disease that caused multiple health issues, one being pulmonary hypertension. Doctors saw signs of complications early in her Mother's pregnancy and advised her parents to terminate the pregnancy, predicting that she wouldn't survive any way. However, Liana's parents chose to put their faith and her life in the hands of God. Liana was born on December 22nd 2020 at 37 weeks and spent six weeks in the NICU. Liana defied all of the odds that were stacked against her. The genetic disease she was diagnosed with (Trisomy 18) has a high mortality rate, with statistics saying 95% of the babies born with the disease don't live to see one years old.

Liana proved to be an absolute miracle. She passed away peacefully just 3 months shy of 3rd birthday. She was a happy baby and she brought joy to everybody she came in contact with. Her smile was heart melting, her laugh was contagious and her love was infectious. She was a resilient soul and a fighter to the very end. Liana passed away peacefully on Tuesday October 3rd with her parents by her side. She is survived by her parents and 6 siblings. Her passing has devastated her family, friends and even health care professionals who worked with her.
