On July 21st, the Collab Office Space near downtown Tulsa was broken into and severely vandalized. Rabyne Shirley built Collab with the intent of serving entrepreneurial minds and their surrounding community.
Rabyne poured her heart and soul into the creation of this co-working opportunity, but almost everything in the office was destroyed. Fundraised money will be put towards rebuilding critical infrastructure in the building, a new security system, and other supplies that empower the innovators who call Collab their workplace home. The goal reflects what will likely not be covered by insurance.
Any excess funds at the end of the rebuilding process will be invested in women entrepreneurs through the Kiva platform.
