Theresa Cox...or as many of you know her, Tree (!)
is everybody's friend. She is one of the most beautiful, enthusiastic, caring and generous people EVER!
To know her is to love her.
Our warm, funny, life-loving friend needs our help right now...
Tree needs to have surgery in a couple weeks to remove a large tumor from her abdomen. This surgery will require her to be under the care of a specialist in L.A. for about 10 days, and out of work for an extended period of time after that.
The cautious good news is that right now, all the indicators (according to her surgeon in Santa Monica) point to these tumors being non-malignant - but major, specialized surgery is warrented as soon as possible.
Figuring out how to get treatment and makes ends meet
has been quite the ride for Theresa and her love Wil already, as you can imagine...
As we know, health care is expensive to say the least. She has to pay for her lodging as well during the stay in L.A. and Theresa does not have the sick leave to cover her leave of absence from work, which could be as long as 8 weeks.
This is where we all come in!!!
Let's help this beautiful woman, who, odds are, has probably helped, offered to help, or in some other way, shown up for all of US...
