Reskinning the vert - Creation skatepark

We were really lucky in Birmingham last year to receive the donation of a fresh surface from the guys at Skatelite, and the hope was that the ramp would be pretty much set for the next 5 or so years.
 Sadly, despite our best efforts we’ve been unable to overcome the slippiness that we’ve been battling with, leading to a lot of skaters finding the ramp hard to ride, and a couple of unfortunate injuries

 As a result, we’ve made the decision to reskin the ramp with fresh birch, ready for the winter sessions

 This is being mainly funded by the core locals, but extra donations would be greatly received
 

Finally, I’d like to thank Skatelite for donating the surface to us last year. They couldn’t have been more helpful, sorting the delivery, sending additional branding and prizes for comps. It was genuinely touching that they invested so much in our scene
