Research Towards Lung Cancer - Oscar M Taborda

Tax deductible
On September 22, 2022, at 2:05 pm I lost my father to the leading cause of cancer deaths worldwide which is lung cancer. He fought a short, tough battle but ultimately succumbed to the disease. Anyone that knew him knew how great, virtuous, peaceful, and kind-hearted he was. He is the greatest man I've ever known. Many of you have your own stories and memories of him which we know you'll cherish forever!

An estimated 237,000 adults in the United States are diagnosed with lung cancer every year. 1 in 16 Americans will be diagnosed with lung cancer in their lifetime and roughly, 130,180 succumb to the terrible disease yearly.

However, my father, and others like him, who are lost to lung cancer ARE NOT just a number. They all have their own stories, memories, and lessons they've left behind.

I put this together because I want to raise funds to battle this terrible disease. Lung cancer is the least funded cancer in dollars per lives lost. Not only did I attach pictures of my beautiful father but I've attached some screenshots showing how little lung cancer research is funded. Join me in this fight! Join me in helping to make life easier for everyone who comes across this terrible disease.

Every dollar that is donated will go towards the Lung Cancer Research Foundation // https://www.lungcancerresearchfoundation.org/

I pray for a world without lung cancer. I pray for the daughters, sons, mothers, fathers, brothers, sisters, cousins, and all loved ones who have come across and been affected by this terrible disease.
