Rescued from shelter

Hello. I'm Sarah. My daughter rescued this baby from going to a shelter. She has lived her life paralyzed now dealing with this mass. Any help would be graciously appreciated. We know nothing about her we are heart broken and we would like to help this baby girl. Anything you can do would be appreciated. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for her!
