WILD HORSES & ORPHANED FOALS NEED YOUR HELP NOW!

Chilly Pepper recently rescued 73 orphaned/injured mustangs from slaughter and the NV range. The total horses at Chilly Pepper ranged close to 100 during the months of August and now September. During this time we spent close to $20,000 to rescue, vet and bring these horses to safety.
We have been blessed to work with some amazing folks and have placed a good majority of the horses, thanks to working together with these amazing people. However, we still have close to 30 horses, and just an hour ago, I received another 911 call. So now Matt and I have to head back to WA to pick up another 3 lives saved from slaughter, (if we raise enough funds to take care of these horses and to save them.)
We need to stock up on hay, fix the fences that were nearly destroyed in the last big wind storm, order more milk pellets, grain and pay the current veterinary bills we are incurring from not only the medical needs of the horses we saved, but the health certificates, and for transport costs, etc. that are needed to get the horses to their new homes.
We need approximately $3000 for the next load of hay, $1000 easily for milk pellets for the remaining (and new) babies. We need over $1000 to purchase the new kids, get them vetted and transport them home to NV. We need to purchase close to $1000 in grain, shots, etc. and make some repairs to the trucks and horse trailers to be ready for winter. We also need $ to set up more shelters as the weather is already set to be in the low 20's this coming week.
As usual, we are supposed to be downsizing for winter, yet you can't ignore the call for help. ALL of these animals deserve a chance and to stay off of the slaughter truck.
We also have several special needs cases, including Tatiana, shown above. She is nearly blind and was obviously very emaciated when we picked her up. (Thank you to the folks who saw her and pulled her for us.) She has had a severe head injury and needed vetting, as have the other kids we rescued. She has been improving daily, but is still a long way from being "out of the woods" yet.
Please help us take care of these amazing animals and provide the funding needed to keep answering those 911 calls.
