As a paramedic I never in my life did I think I would have to do this Gofundme campaign for a loved one. But the love of my life, my wife Tabatha, is losing her war with depression. As I write this she is 3 feet from me, on a ventilator, in the ICU, spiking a fever, and critically ill after a suicide attempt. I had to listen to her choking to death on the phone before the ambulance arrived. While we have insurance, what they will pay will be a fraction of the costs. She deserves better. She likely will require a long ICU stay, a mental health stay, and additional treatments, and medications that will make the cost of saving her life intense. I know you don't know Tabatha. I know there are so many of these health campaigns for you to contribute to. But Tabatha is far and away worth your time. She saved my life. She is the most compassionate, sweet, intelligent, and self-sacrificing woman I have ever met. She is an artist, a dog groomer, animal lover, and devoted wife. I don't want to lose her.
