Rescue, slipped disc, could pay but not in time. Bod 4 yrs

Hi my dogs name is Stella, she's a 4 Yr old rescue bodguero . She somehow slipped a disk (she's the laziest dog I've ever known so completely no idea how this has happened) at the moment she's in a specialist vets , she can't move any of her legs but the op will help. High chance of recovery, I don't like to ask , but she's my baby , at this point anything given is welcome, we're cashing in a pension cause we love her. So anyway anything is appreciated xxx
