Rescue Sebastian: Surgery or Amputation

Donation protected
Yesterday, April 25th, in Bakersfield, California…
This tiny 8-pound Chihuahua was dropped off at a shelter with a severely broken leg.

We didn’t even get to see what it looked like…
All we were told was this:
“The shelter is not willing to help him. He will be euthanized.”

So we said yes. Immediately.

A transporter rushed to get him and brought him to our trusted friend in California. From there, he was taken straight to the vet in Sherman Oaks…

And the news is devastating…
Sebastian has a compound fracture — meaning the bone is broken so badly it has pierced through.

He is in pain.
He is scared.
But he is alive because we chose to act.

And before we could even slow down…
We have already spent $767 TODAY just to get him stabilized —
X-rays, antibiotics, a culture, and a splint to prepare him to safely make it here.

Now comes the hardest part…

Sebastian will either need EXTENSIVE orthopedic surgery
OR
He will need his leg amputated to save his life

The estimate for either option is between $6,500 – $7,500

This is a massive cost… and we cannot do this without you.

We didn’t hesitate to save him…
Please don’t hesitate to help us save his future.

Every single dollar matters right now.
Every share matters.
Every prayer matters.

Let’s show Sebastian what rescue really means.
