Our beloved cat Bloom has recently been diagnosed with severe hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM), a serious and life-threatening heart disease common in Ragdoll cats.
A few days ago, Bloom suddenly became critically unwell and struggled to breathe. He was urgently hospitalized, placed on oxygen therapy, and examined by a cardiac specialist. We were told that his heart disease is very advanced, with severe thickening of the heart muscle and fluid around his lungs.
Despite the seriousness of his condition, Bloom responded to emergency treatment and is now back home with us on lifelong heart medication. We are incredibly grateful to have more time with him, but his ongoing care, medication, emergency treatment, and follow-up appointments are financially overwhelming for us.
Bloom is not just a pet — he is part of our family, our comfort, and our little companion every day.
We are asking for any support, no matter how small, to help cover:
• emergency veterinary treatment
• hospitalization and oxygen therapy
• cardiac medication
• follow-up veterinary care
Every donation, share, or kind message means more to us than words can express.
Thank you so much for helping us give Blue comfort, care, and more time surrounded by love. ❤️
