Rescue Kitten : Help with veterinary costs

Yesterday, this little kitten showed up at our house. My son was the one who found her. When I got home from work, she was still outside. It was raining, so I brought her inside.

I would be grateful for any help with veterinary costs for this baby. It has been hard financially lately, and I wanna make sure I can prioritize getting her an exam and any tests, necessary shots, or blood work she needs since she was outside!
