Rescue Kitten Claddagh's FIP Treatment
Donation protected
We are saddened beyongd belief that our beloved rescue kitten, Claddagh, whom we raised since just 4 weeks old, is suddenly severely ill.
We took her to the vet after we noticed her breathing heavily. We thought it was just stress, but had an X-ray done just in case. We discovered that her lungs are almost completly filled with liquid so much so that her heart was not even visible:

Claddagh is now hospitalized and on oxygen to help her breathe while the vet does more testing to find out the underlying cause. We suspect she will need to have a surgery to have her lungs drained, in addition to other treatments.
We fear she may have FIP (feline coronavirus), which is very expensive to treat.
We will have updates on her Instragram page (@claddagh.the.kitten): Instragram
Claddagh is our baby, and our pride and joy. We will do anything to save her. Please help us help her.
