Rescue Jake: Surgery Needed for Recovery

Maggie is an integral part of Serenity Creek Equestrian Center. Her dedication to all creatures is unparalleled. She has fostered many dogs & cats and found them their forever homes. One particular very special boy, a malinois named Jake,ended up being a foster fail. Abused, mistreated, neglected, and definitely misunderstood, he was just the type that Maggie would take a chance on. Over the past few months, he has made such great progress becoming the well-behaved, athletic dream doggo that she knew he could be. Well, yesterday, he broke his front right leg while out in their yard. Maggie & her husband just recently lost one of their horses and are fairly tapped out financially. Their options are surgery or euthanasia. They did not want to ask for help or fundraising of any kind, but we are hoping we can help ease their burden any way possible.
