Every Child Matters – Help Us Keep Hope Alive in Budalangi, Kenya

Hello My name is Prophetess Chinyere Ezeh, I am the founder and the visionary behind Hope Academy in the village of Budalangi.

In the heart of Budalangi, a remote and impoverished farming region in western Kenya, stands a small but powerful beacon of light — Hope Academy School. Here, 130 bright, beautiful children wake up each day with a dream in their hearts and a hunger to learn — not just for knowledge, but for a future beyond poverty, hunger, and hardship.

Hope Academy was built on the belief that every child matters. In a place where many families struggle to afford even one meal a day, our school provides free education, daily meals, and the nurturing care every child deserves. We are entirely supported by kind-hearted donors and sponsors from around the world — people who believe in giving children a chance, no matter where they’re born.

But today, Hope is at risk.

We are facing a critical shortage of funds and urgently need ££2,287 to pay our teachers for the next 5 months. These teachers are not just educators — they are mentors, protectors, and the reason our students come to school each day smiling. If we cannot pay them, Hope Academy will be forced to close, and 130 children will be left without a safe place to learn, grow, and dream.

We also need £1,500 and for a water tank and the accessories , so our children can have access to clean water for drinking and cooking. Right now, they rely on unsafe water sources that put their health at serious risk. Imagine trying to learn or even survive without clean water. No child should have to face that. Other things that are urgently needed are:
