Found this dog twice. The first was up the street from my house , his leg was swollen at the time, but owner told me He was taking him to the vet. Then 2 months later, someone posted finding this little guy but now leg bigger and has an open green wound . Owners moved and left him behind. IVE already have spent 400.00 for medication and x rays.. I was given first a quote of 3,000 but found a vet that will do it for 1300.00 plus need to get this guy fixed. He is a sweet heart and runs around dragging his leg. The leg needs to be removed because the infection can spread.. just can't do this alone.
