HELP US Rescue 4 Alpacas!

Firwood Farm Alpacas is planning to rescue and foster these four alpacas who have not been shorn in at least 7 years and have been running loose on a 20-acre property.

We hope to get them trailered on October 26 and take them directly to our vet in Mt Vernon for health assessments (blood work, fecal testing for parasites, follow-up care, etc.).  There is no way to tell what we will find under all those years of fiber.  

The two on the right are older and I'm very concerned for their health  since I saw them for the first time yesterday and took these pictures.  They need help and I'm hoping I can do that for them but not without your help.  If you're unable to donate, thoughts and prayers are always appreciated as we undertake this rescue.  Thank you!
