Service Dog Shadow Needs Life-Saving Surgery

Hello. My name is Bianca and I have a service dog, Shadow, who I rescued from dog abuse. My kids and I love him immensely, but due to recent economic hikes and unstable rent increases, we haven't been able to save money for this surgery. The vet bill to have the surgery is over $1600. If it requires a skin graft, it will be more. Plus medication that will be needed and flea and heart medication. I want to make sure they help him completely. The mass, they said, is a fat tumor, but it is growing quickly. Even though he eats very little, it still is growing. Please, if you can spare anything to help, I would appreciate it. Or if anyone knows a vet that could help him, I would appreciate that as well. We are living in a small apartment just to try to make ends meet, so it is difficult with this unexpected circumstance.
