Rescue Cat Fundraiser

I am caring for a cat who was kept in a cage inside a garage for 3 years. He has only been to the vet once in his life, as a kitten to be neutered. It's estimated that he is 10 years old and I want to give him the loving life he deserves to make up for the years of loneliness, isolation, abuse and neglect.

I am asking for donations to cover his medical expenses (dental work - tooth extraction/cleaning), exam fees, medication, de-flea/de-worm meds etc. He has a grade 1 heart murmur which may present future problems.

He is receiving tonnes of love and daily massages that last for hours. He has a beautiful sunny room where I have set up a rehabilitative training area for him to regain muscle strength (being trapped in that cage caused muscle atrophy), and I will be having a custom catio (patio that is screened in around a window) built for him so he can enjoy sunshine and fresh air once the forest fire smoke is cleared.

I have not posted a photo of him, as I do to want his original (abusive) owners going back on their agreement to give him up to me.
