My name is Terrie, and I’m sharing this with a grateful heart and a hopeful spirit.
On Friday afternoon, my life changed in an instant when I was rushed to the hospital with a brain aneurysm. Thanks to the quick response of Jeff, Lydia, the medical team and so many prayers and kind thoughts, I am thankfully on the mend. I still have a long road ahead, though. I will remain in the hospital for at least another week, and my doctors have told me that I won’t be able to return to work while I focus on healing and recovery.
As many of you know, being unable to work for this length of time creates a heavy financial burden. Medical bills, everyday living expenses, and the cost of recovery continue even while I am resting and healing. Asking for help is not easy, but right now I truly need the support of my community.
If you feel led to give, any contribution—no matter the size—will go directly toward medical expenses, household bills, and the care I need during recovery. If you’re unable to donate, your prayers, encouragement, and sharing this page with others would mean just as much to me.
Thank you for standing beside me during this incredibly difficult time. Your kindness, love, and support give me strength every single day and remind me that I am not walking this journey alone.
With heartfelt gratitude,
Terrie
