Rescue a Family from a Dire Situation

Hello, my name is Tabbi. Many of you know me well through my services to the community in the San Francisco Bay Area. And you like and know to trust me. For those who don’t know me personally, I can provide many references so as to reassure anyone who may want to help the person I am appealing for through this … that this a genuine case of extreme circumstances .

I request you to read this story and to spread it as much as possible.

My great friend, a beautiful human being, is a single mother who lives with her daughters in Pakistan.

She and her eldest daughter, another lovely human, have supported, brought up and settled the younger girls in the absence of the father .

They have been ones to help many inspite of their own difficulties.

They have barely subsisted. But have never ever asked or expected help.

Now, in this awful predicament that I shall tell you about, seeing no other way out, I have convinced her into trying to get her story out to the many kind and compassionate people out there….Specially to women who know the struggles of a single mother even here, let alone in a country like Pakistan where zero government help is available…. who may believe that changing someone’s life is the biggest blessing anyone can be awarded.

How I have wished that I could be that blessing. Alas, it is out of my reach and so this is one way I feel I can hopefully help her out of her predicament.

Here is her story. A few years ago her daughter married a young man who turned out to be abusive and an alcoholic , financially dependent on his parents. The family is a politically strong family in Pakistan with much ‘clout’.

While putting up with abuse, as girls tend to in that part of the world, the girl fell pregnant. She continued to be abused. Eventually , upon hearing of nefarious plans regarding her baby, she was brave enough to flee the situation. I can provide details in private as I must from necessity be discreet on here.

To force her to come back, the politically strong family has made the life of her family members a living hell.

When even a man like Imran khan can be put into jail on false charges, one can only imagine and shudder at the predicament of a frail old lady and her young daughters. Those who know the unreasonable power of corrupt political families,to the extent of performing MURDERS with no consequences, will know how this can work.

People will also know how these soulless heartless bullies can drive poor struggling families into circumstances of total destitution.

Thst is now their predicament .They are now also on the brink of eviction due to not having been able to pay rent due to lawyer and court fees amongst other things they are having to battle.

My friend , who already suffers from blood pressure and diabetes, has landed twice in the hospital due to the stress and fear she has had to deal with. But bravely trudges on for the safety of a young mother and baby.

She has struggled all her life for her girls. Her biggest fear is for their safety specially if something happens to herself. I am fearful for her own life and safety.

In that country the worst nightmare is to be up against a strong corrupt political family who can even pull strings and get people sent to jail. And jail for ordinary people there, specially women , is a predicament none of us would wish on our worst enemies, let alone such a beautiful human.

They are fighting bravely but till now no solution has emerged as every door is blocked by their politically well placed enemies. Bribes, threats…. Even the gynecologist does not want to admit that the abuse was recorded with photos.

One ray of hope has emerged for one daughter. She had applied and has been accepted into a foreign university.

At least one can get away!

So, I’m seeking to gather enough for at least two situations : the fees, and the back rent. Though more has to be solved. I’m hoping and praying that not just the wonderful Muslim community of the Bay Area will get motivated to save them , but also the entire Muslim AND other communities in the US and maybe even Canada, etc . My request is to spread this to the many people , specially mothers , who can feel for and empathize for such a predicament. .

I’m hoping, for not just monetary help, but also if any of you know of people who can help her in other ways, that would be just awesome.

that is why I have mainly addressed the Bay Area community. But I hope it will be shared with people from all belief systems and globally. With a little from a lot of people we can rescue them!

Right now, there is a deadline for the girl’s entry into university. She needs 12,000 to 14,000 fast in order to be able to avail this opportunity.

Her mother needs at least a few thousands for back rent and for expenses that may come. Including the medical expenses she has incurred and may incur more.

Over there, even that is an added expense. And a trip to the hospital even bigger. Few of us here can imagine how people just suffer and don’t get treatment.

They have no family help. They have borrowed enough thinking to be able to work hard and pay back once things settled but it’s been 1.5 years now. And the people too are asking for the loaned money back. Adding to the stress.

The only brother who was helping also died last year, just passed away standing up. I feel afraid even that may have been orchestrated…who is to know in that country. Since then her mother has lost her mind too.

This family has been pelted with hardships few would imagine.

I’m appealing to everyone who can chip in , to try and assemble enough to first get the youngest daughter out for now, and stop the eviction. Then we can try and see what ways are available for the others.

Therefore I have put in 18,000, to include her fees and expenses and to save them from eviction. For now.

I’m appealing from the bottom of my heart in the name of God , to people to contribute and rescue this family, one by one. May God bless you a thousandfold. He will. To save one person is likened saving the whole of humanity .

I urge you to imagine what troubles strong political families can cause, and I urge you to reflect what may happen to an old mother and young daughters.

Before it’s too late, please join me in pulling them out of this situation.
