Help our Rescued Dog & Cat Shelter!

Hello everyone, my name is Claudia, a U.S. citizen, and I have a Dog and Cat Rescue in Cd. Juarez, Chih., neighbor city to El Paso, TX, "Rescate El PUEBLITO", you can find us on Facebook too. Currently there are thousands of dogs and cats without shelter or food in Cd. Juarez. It is a social problem that has gotten worldwide attention.

We would like to do more but are currently trying to help out with a small rescue with 24 dogs (9 males, 15 females) and 4 cats. We have been doing this for over 8 years now. We have done this through our own means throughout all of these years. However, recently we have had financial hardship and I have been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and cannot work, which is why we are asking for your help because our rescued dogs and cats need your support.

At the present time we do not have funds to continue this labor, These are rescues that no one has wanted to adopt, mostly strays and the majority have been found malnourished, dehydrated, and abused. Just 2 days ago we rescued another from our OWN neighborhood that was just in deplorable conditions... It is enraging and sad at the same time...You can see the pictures.




It is our calling to do this tiresome yet immensely rewarding job. It is a 24hr on call job, but we love it. We advocate animal rights and try to do our part for the cause.

I know that sometimes some people want to help but don't have time... we'll do it. All we need is your financial support to make this possible. We will do all the hard work, all we ask is for your donations.

Sometimes we spend $3 on a frappe, coffee, smoothie or whatever a day... That's $21 a week...
We NEED that amount for a bag of food to feed our 22 dogs alone...plus our cats, plus medical care when needed, plus cleaning supplies (which is quite a bit) and the utility bills each month. This has quickly snowballed us and our rescues are at risk...

We are asking for your cooperation and donations to pay these bills. I have attached picture showing the amounts owed for the WATER Bill which is  4 months past due and and GAS Bill which is 5 months past due as well. Please contact me for further information. We would also like to purchase another vehicle as ours no longer works. If you would like to donate a vehicle recent model in good conditions, that would be wonderful. We estimate a medium size SUV would cost about  $14,000 USD.

We would also like to purchase the property we have the shelter on and the property next to it. They are two small houses, but together make a bigger space to house our rescues, as currently we are a bit crowded.  The cost of these properties is about $79,500 USD. If you would like to donate to our cause out rescues would be eternally grateful.

We do a really small part, but would like to do more. Please help us do more, because it's never enough.
