My name is Elise Craeghs. I am living in Belgium, but I have friends in multiple other countries too. One of my friends is Rizk, who lives in Gaza.

With this Go Fund Me, I am collecting money for my friend, Rizk Ma'in Fayez Al-Madhoun.

Why : The last years have been extremely hard for people in Gaza. Now there is a lot of destruction, there are almost no buildings standing and life is hard. Winter is arriving quickly, and there aren't enough shelters.

So please take into consideration the appeal of my friend for help. In his own words:

'My family and I lived together in one house that protected us from the cold of winter and the sun's rays. In the summer, the war came and destroyed the family home, and we became separated, each of us in an area, and we lost many of the family members.'
