Hello, my name is Reagan, and I am asking for a little financial help to take care of a sweet little boy named Kaz.

Who's Kaz? Well, there is a feral cat colony that lives in our apartment complex that I leave out food and water for. As I was refilling the food and water on Sunday, May 25th, a tiny black creature crawled from the desert beyond through the drainage hole in the wall and began to drink at the water.

He was so small I thought he must only be 3 or 4 weeks old. I couldn't find his mama, and it was close to 100 degrees already, so I decided that the cat distribution system had chosen me, and I brought him in.

The vet told us that he was actually 5.5 weeks old but because he was emaciated he looked much younger. He was starving and very weak, and since we've had him, he has continued to get stronger every day, which is wonderful. Unfortunately, it has taken $600 in supplements, food, tests, and medicine to get him this far, and we are not out of the woods yet. His digestive system is not in great shape, and he will need more tests to diagnose what's wrong. Any funds received will go to his diagnostic tests and god forbid, any procedures he might need.

He is too young to go on our insurance, and I want to get him the care that he needs, so I am swallowing my pride and asking for help.
