We hope this message finds you well. We are reaching out to you today with heavy hearts but also with hope, as we face a difficult chapter in our family’s life. Our beloved mother has been battling a progressive memory condition that now requires specialized, compassionate care. She has been living at a Memory Care facility, where she receives the attention, dignity, and safety she deserves. This care is 24/7 around the clock that we – her children – cannot physically provide.

The love and care she experiences in this facility have made all the difference for her well-being. Unfortunately, the costs associated with this level of care are significant and have placed a growing financial burden on our family. Despite our best efforts, keeping her in this safe and supportive environment is becoming increasingly challenging as we are working to get her social security and long-term Medicare that she so deserves.
