Request for Support for My Uncle’s Medical Battle
Donation protected
Dear [Friends/Family/Community],
My name is Aleja Lopez Sta. Cruz (Wyngaarden), and I am reaching out on behalf of my Uncle Ed Laguador and Aunt Bills Laguador during this profoundly challenging time.
I am writing this to you all with a heavy heart to share the story of my beloved uncle who is currently in Mt Carmel Hospital-Philippines. He has been our rock, guiding us with kindness and selflessness, often making sacrifices to ensure we had what we needed. Whenever we faced struggles and had very little, he was there for us—supporting us in any way he could. He would often accompany us to Manila using his own Car, navigating the complexities of the city and ensuring we had the help we needed.
Now, my uncle is facing challenges of his own. He is currently in the ICU, fighting for his life. His health has deteriorated significantly, and he recently had critical procedures—an exploratory laparotomy and bowel resection—to address severe complications. Sadly, his condition remains the same, and he cannot be extubated due to low oxygen saturation levels. As you can imagine, the medical expenses are mounting rapidly, and it’s a burden that weighs heavily on our hearts.
In this difficult moment, I humbly ask for your support. Any contribution, no matter how small, will help us cover his medical bills and ensure he receives the care he needs.
Additionally, we can accept donations through my sister’s GCASH or to my Direct Bank Account. The details are as follows:
Name: Anna Marina Sta. Cruz (Sister)

Equally important are your prayers. We believe in the power of collective faith, and your spiritual support will be a source of strength and hope for our family.
Your kindness and compassion during this time would mean the world to us as we stand by the man who has given so much love and guidance to others.
With heartfelt gratitude,
Aleja
