Representing Team Canada at NAPF Championships!

Hi everyone! I’m Lisa Kitagawa and I am fundraising for my upcoming powerlifting competitions. I will be representing Team Canada at the IPF (international powerlifting federation) NAPF Powerlifting Championships on Caymon Islands on August 9th!
I recently had the honour of representing Team Canada in Sun City, South Africa at the IPF Classic Worlds on June 9th/22 and our Canadian Womens team won Bronze overall! As well, I represented team Canada at the Commonwealth Championships in New Zealand on Dec 3rd/22 and won Silver overall in my weight class!
These meets are all live streamed and I will post the links so you guys can watch me compete.
All funds raised will go directly to helping pay for these competitions and all future competitions I will be competing at!
I am so extremely grateful for any support that I can get to help me represent Canada and my home on the Sunshine Coast, BC on this journey. ♥️
