Replacing Tiaras Stolen Totaled Car!

Yesterday morning my close friend Tiaras car was stolen and totaled. The woman who stole her car also stole her purse and was wearing her belongings. She fled the scene of the accident and used her card to travel by Lyft to red lobster for a nice lunch. This insane woman has not been arrested. Which is beyond me. Tiara has worked so hard for the things in her life including this car. For years she saved up and it was almost paid off. I can’t imagine how she must be feeling right now. Tiara is an extremely caring, god loving individual and she deserves any help we can give her. She has helped me through some of my darkest times and I wish to help her.
