Replacing stolen cash

My mother’s room mate was walking to the store for her to get her moneys orders for her rent. He was robbed at gun point and all of my mother’s money was stolen. A police report was filed and we are hoping to get footage from security cameras. I am trying to raise funds to replace my mother’s rent money.
