I am the producer of This Week in Amateur Radio (TWIAR), the weekly amateur radio news and information newscast/podcast exclusively about news in the field of amateur/ham radio.

Our service is now 28 years old, was among the first podcasts on the internet, and is heard on the air around the world.

Our service is totally run and produced by volunteers.

Our studio, where we produce it, is still using its original production computer, which is now showing its age. It needs replacing. That’s the reason for this GoFundMe.
