Replace lost equipment needed for Sharon to return to work
Donation protected
This is Carolyn Reed '84 raising funds for my dear friend Sharon McGunigle '84 to replace /work tools lost in the Eaton Fire.
Sharon & Steve's 100+ yr.old house of 19 years, office/studio, and the temporary apartment they were renting were destroyed overnight in the fire. Steve has lost his office (or, as he refers to it, Mars Mission Control) and Sharon has lost her studio, including sewing and knitting machines, and irreplaceable costume reference materials heavily impacting her ability to earn a living.
One of the tools lost is a no longer manufactured Bernina sewing machine and all the accompanying accessories for it. The goal of this fundraiser is to replace the needed equipment so that she can return to work once filming resumes. This fundraiser is focused on Sharon while Steve's work colleagues have organized another go fund me to cover the next three months of living expenses.
