Replace Stolen Food

On November 8th, my restaurant Longfin Grill was Robbed. My 24ft Catering Trailer and $10K in food was stolen. I had a 1-ton oil dump blocking the drive but to no avail. The trailer was one of the nicest of its kind, the original cost was $40K. I had close to 100cf freezer space and 40cf refrigeration. I only get deliveries every two weeks this time of year; I had $10,000 worth of high-end seafood (lobster, grouper, shrimp, pink snapper, etc.), 300 pounds of Colorado Duroc pork, local side of beef to give you an idea. My building is a 75-seat dining room, but it has no Kitchen. We cook out of a 30ft commercial kitchen trailer, and the catering trailer was our cold storage. Our insurance company refuses to help because of a technicality in our policy. Going into our off-season up here in the Mountains, I need some help recouping at least the food I need for service and the refrigeration to store the food and put them in our dining room for the winter. This is a devastating event for me being a small company. I loved the trailer, but I don’t need to have it to keep my business going, the food and refrigeration I do. Thank you for any assistance.
