Hi my names Bri and on the night of Jan 1st 2023 my aunt Lupe and grandma Cleo were in their car at the bank when they were approached by 3 people. Lupe and Cleo were grabbed out of their car and thrown to the ground and they took off with the car. My grandma had just gotten back from visiting me and my family for Christmas and had all of her luggage in the car which included all of her gifts she had received and her passport. Lupe doesn’t have insurance outside of liability so the car and nothing in the car will be covered. My grandma and my aunt are traumatized and devastated. Our family’s grateful that they are alright physically however they can’t afford to replace any of it. Any donations are greatly appreciated. The funds will be used to buy a new car, replace all stolen items including her passport, diabetes blood sugar test kit, all the christmas presents, and her luggage.
