Replace Snake's Cameras and Equipment

On February 24th, our comrade Snake was documenting an action in Brooklyn where he was brutally, and falsely arrested and detained for several hours at the 75th precinct in Brooklyn.
Despite other journalists in the movement having been arrested previously, and given their equipment back, the NYPD chose to keep Snake's cameras and accessories, much of which he had only recently purchased. After speaking to his attorney, Snake found out he will not be receiving his equipment back, even after his court appearance.
Snake has been documenting the movement since summer and attends several protests each week. Not only is he a talented photographer and videographer but he is also a passionate ally for Black lives.
You've undoubtedly seen his beautiful portraits and action shots, but Snake has also captured the violent conduct of the police, but has also filmed and photographed arrest and mistreatment that has helped our comrades in court. Let's support him by making a donation so he can get new equipment and continue to document the history being made in the streets of New York City.
