The morning of 19th Jan 2021 we discovered that Jon's car had been broken into outside of his apartment. Just by chance, because we had a gig the night before, we had stored in the back compartment 3 of our guitar amps and Lewis's pedal boards, all to the approx market value of $4000. We are absolutely shattered to say that it is all gone.
We thought we had a pretty tough year last year, as has most other musicians and others in the entertainment/hospitality industry (as well as many others!). Months of no gigs, no work. But this has really topped it for us. All musicians work so hard to do what we do, and to buy the gear that we need. We are heading into the studio this weekend with plan on recording our next 6 track EP. To have our gear ripped away from us right before hand really hurts.
If you can find it in your hearts, and if you can at all spare it, we would really appreciate any contribution you could possibly make to help us to replace our gear. We would be eternally grateful.
