Folly’s Farm Home of Rest for Donkeys and Ponies, based in Nettleden, near Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire, is a small, not-for-profit animal sanctuary, run entirely by volunteers. It’s currently home to seventeen donkeys, one mule, two ponies and one cat. All our animals are either rescues or have been signed over to the sanctuary by people who can no longer care for them, and every animal has a home here for life.

Sadly our largest barn was damaged when a tree fell down during a storm, although volunteers patched it up, it is now beyond repair and needs to be replaced.
