Our geriatric hot water tank decided to kick the bucket the other day, and its now leaking under our home. Because of the way it's leaking, we have to turn our main water supply off to prevent damage under our home.

Normally I try to fix things myself, but the installation of a water heater, and the associated electrical work, is not something that I can manage myself, especially with the lifting involved. The tank is so old, and rusted, that replacement is the only option. The amount I'm asking for will cover the installation of a new water heater, and all associated costs.

I'd really appreciate any assistance you could provide, even if all you can do is spread the word.
