Help w med bills after i was run over and left 4dead hitnrun

My name is Ricky. I'm a bouncer at a nightclub. I was crossing a bridge, doing 10 over the speed limit on my e-bike, when a car hit me. The driver killed their lights and floored it, hitting me so hard it tore the fender off the car and dragged me 100 ft. I have a broken hip, multiple deep road rash injuries, a concussion, a huge medical bill, destroyed bike, and God knows what else.

I've had it hard my whole life. I grew up in an abusive home with an alcoholic father, have CPTSD, and nobody ever wanted to help me. I've struggled to find my place in life but found happiness with a fast e-bike. My injuries will eventually heal but she's totaled. I don't know what I'm gonna do because I can't work for a while, doctor's orders is no weight on that leg for at least 4 weeks! And i make less money now than when i got the bike.
