On January 3, Kaytee was diagnosed with the devastating news of metastatic breast cancer. Upon further testing, it was also discovered that she has a blood disorder that affects the white and red blood cells and platelets - which means that chemotherapy and radiation are not an option for treatment at this time. Kaytee will undergo a double mastectomy on Feb 28th.
Kaytee is a Personal Care Aide whose job is to take care of people who want to remain in their homes rather than to go into the care of a health facility. Kaytee’s clients appreciate the compassionate and supportive care they receive from her.
Not only is the cancer and blood disorder diagnosis distressing, Kaytee not being able to be with her patients, whom she cares about deeply, weighs heavily on her.
Let’s rally together and take some of the financial stress off her shoulders so she can focus on healing. Every donation, big or small, will help cover her medical expenses, bills, and provide support for her during this incredibly difficult time.
Thank you for any help you can give—whether it is making a donation or praying for her.
