On March 18th, the night Jess and Chris left for Marching Through the Ages, her car was stolen. During a reenacting event that they look forward to every year, ON THEIR WEDDING ANNIVERSARY OF ALL DAYS - Jess's car is stolen and Chris's car is ransacked.

Her car contained her CAR, all of her HEMA gear, and some of her newly purchased falconry equipment.

This GoFundMe is to help her get back on her feet by helping supplement funds to replace her stolen car and get her ahead of the curve with the increase to her insurance payments.

Secondly, we hope to be able to replace her stolen kit, as she is one of the foundational key-stones for the historical European fencing club MKDF in Columbia, Maryland as the president and head instructor of the club. Among the lost gear included her entire staple kit bag (which held her helmet, gloves, shin and knee protection, and SPES jackets), a longsword, a nylon montante, rapier, saber, and a brand new falconry show glove.
