Replace canopy in playground destroyed by youths

Hi, My name is Stuart and I have set up this fundraiser to help raise some money for Bartons primary school who were recently targeted by local youths who jumped over the fence during the night and destroyed the childrens static canopy which covers the quiet area of the playground.

The quiet area is very important for the children as it is a place to go if they are feeling sad or maybe a little down or just want somewhere to sit quietly with their friends. The canopy allowed them to be sheltered from the weather and made the space usable all year round.

The local youths thought it would be funny to trespass on the the school grounds during the night and climb on top of the canopy and smash their way through it.

My daughter attends the school which is a massive part of the community and I know how important the quiet space of the playground is for the children and how this incident has affected the children, teachers and the local community.
