replace all possesions and home

My nephew & his wife lost thier home of 20 years and all of their possesions on 10-09-2017 at 1:30 am when wildfires consumed their whole subdivision. They found a temporary place to stay but now need to find other accomodations and with over 2000 people needing alternate housing there is nothing available.  At 1:30 am the fire dept truck drove thru the neighborhood using a loud speaker shouting get out NOW.  They had only a few minutes to evacuate ,and were only able to take the clothes they were wearing , their dog and both cars.
While insurance should replace the house, there are many many items that wont be covered,and of course the items which cannot be replaced such as photos,etc.
Thanks to god they both escaped without physical injury, but of course are suffering severe shock.
