Replace a birthday present that was taken from a 3yo

Hello as per everyone’s kind suggestions i have decided to make a go fund me to help replace my neighbours 3 year olds child’s birthday present that was unfortunately stolen from out the front of our house, we think it could of been an honest mistake or just obliviousness.
