We are organizing this GoFundMe page on behalf of our cousins Gregory (age 29) and Gilchrist Repayo (age 25), who tragically lost both of their parents due to Covid-19 complications. Their father, Charles Magdamo Repayo, age 64, was hospitalized on April 3 and died on April 11, 2020.  Their mother, Lucia Anne Gerardo-Repayo, age 60, was a nurse in the VA hospital and was a frontliner that made the ultimate sacrifice. She was hospitalized on April 4 and was on a ventilator for 4 weeks and ultimately passed away on Mother’s Day, May 10, 2020.  The two sons unfortunately lost both their parents while being quarantined in their home in West Orange, NJ while battling the virus themselves. This was an unexpected shock and they couldn’t properly say goodbye to their father and mother.

Due to the heartbreaking passing of both parents within 30 days of each other, we are asking for the kindness of your heart to help Greg and Chris. At a time like this, Greg and Chris need our love and generosity to help alleviate the burden of losing both parents in such a painful way. The grief and emotional anguish Greg and Chris feel is just unimaginable.
