Repairing my mini-apartment

Hello, my name is Angelo Evangelou, a 28 year old who lives in Birmingham. I have a severe medical condition known as Spinular Muscular Atrophy, which, in short, means that I am genetically paralysed due to my muscles not responding to my brain signals, which means I am permanently on life support and am bedbound for the majority of the time. This, in turn, means I cannot work a traditional job. Although I live with my parents who financially aid me when my benefits don't necessarily cover things, they themselves juggle multiple jobs and are still barely making ends meet as it is.

Nearly a decade ago, we made an extension to the house, which needed a whole remortgage just to get the funds for, so that I could have my own mini-apartment. Unfortunately, the workers were... somewhat underwhelming and didn't exactly finish everything to standard. While we've tried to gather our own funds to fix the place up, with the current economic climate, we're struggling to obtain a steady enough income/outcome balance to get things moving and all the while things are deteriorating. Not only has the pipe under the floor sunk, leaving the floor itself to buckle, as you can see in the picture, my doors are breaking down, my storage for my medical supplies is literally glued together from all the wear and tear, my sink, where my staff prepare my medication and food, is no longer fit for purpose as my condition has progressed, we still haven't even painted my side of the house, along with all the other little things mom hasn't told me about.
