My Name is Billie Ann Carroll-Kikala and my home has been affected by hurricane Lowell. The winds were strong enough to damage a portion of my roof wood, removing about half of the roofing materials (waterproofing). This causes rain to come into the house. The rain has caused floor damage and mold. The damage also exposed electrical wiring, in which I’ve decided to shut off my electricity to the house. With no electricity, I have no refrigeration for food so I’ve been using coolers for my food storage. Please donate if possible, no amount is too little, thank you!
